Real Estate Listings
1-800HOMEOWNER is an internet based directory listing service for Real Estate Professionals. The company also provides the use of the associated 1-800 number that is on shared usage of premium subscribers on a per ZIP Code basis.

Free Agent Listings
Agents may select up to 5 ZIP Codes for free listings that are not leased by a premium subscriber. The listing includes the agent's name, company, photo or logo and a link to their website. These listings are not exclusive and the ZIP Code may have more than one free listing. The 1-800HOMEOWNER phone number ZIP Code extensions do not apply to agents with free listings. When an agent chooses to become the premium subscriber to the ZIP Code, all free listings will be removed. Those agents who are removed may select another available ZIP Code for their free listing. Free agent listings do require a reciprocal link to 1-800HOMEOWNER.COM on their website homepage.

Premium Agent Listings
Agents who choose to lease a ZIP Code as a premium agent receive exclusive use of that ZIP Code. All other free agent listings will be removed. The premium listings include the agent's name, company, photo or logo, link to their website, and a personal profile. In addition, the agent can receive toll-free calls at 1-800HOMEOWNER using the ZIP Code as their extension.

Premium Subscriber Billing
The service is billed on a yearly basis at $199.50 per year. Subscribers will recieve calls on 1-800HOMEOWNER with the ZIP Code they choose as their extension. 100 minutes per month of incoming calls are included FREE and additional minutes are billed at 5 cents per minute. Length of Agreement
Presently this service is available only on a yearly basis, subscribers will be invoiced before renewal and notified of any new billing options. This agreement may be cancelled by 1-800HOMEOWNER if the ZIP Code leased is not used for the purposes intended by this company.

Community Service Listings
Our Community listings are provided as a free service to government, community service and other non-profit organizations. This information is not guaranteed by 1-800HOMEOWNER. If your organization is not listed, or if the contact information is incorrect, please notify us with the appropriate contact information. 1-800HOMEOWNER reserves the right to remove or deny inclusion of any listing into our database at our discretion.

Advertising
While 1-800HOMEOWNER may participate in several methods of national advertising, each subscriber is expected to advertise and promote the 1-800HOMEOWNER phone number and website within their geographic area at their own discretion and expense. 1-800HOMEOWNER is not responsible for the advertising expenses or commitments of a subscriber.

Premium Account Activation
New accounts are generally activated within three business days. Charges for services do not begin until the account is fully activated on both the website and the telephone forwarding service.

Disclaimer
1-800HOMEOWNER is not responsible for misdirected or misdialed calls.

1-800HOMEOWNER is not responsible for equipment or service malfunctions of other parties.

To include but not limited to: telephone companies, internet providers, website hosting companies, power companies, subscriber telephones, subscriber computers, etc.

It is the subscriber's responsibility to periodically check the status of their forwarding and to notify 1-800HOMEOWNER of any problems or changes in forwarding to websites and phone numbers.
